Refund & Return Policy

At Linda Faith Boutique, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to offering high-quality beauty and self-care products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a request.


  1. 1. Return & Refund Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
    Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety purposes.
    Non-returnable items include:
    Opened or used beauty and cosmetic items
    Gift cards or promotional giveaways
    Items labeled “Final Sale”
    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
  2.  Shipping & Delivery Time
    All orders are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers in China.
    Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days.
    Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays, unless the item is confirmed lost in transit.
    If your order hasn’t arrived on time, contact us and we’ll assist with tracking and resolution.
    3. How to Request a Return or Refund
    To initiate a return or refund:

    Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the product and the issue (if applicable).
    Our support team will respond within 2–5 business days with next steps.
    If approved, we’ll send return instructions or confirm your refund.
    4. Return Shipping
    If the item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a return label.
    For change-of-mind or other non-defect-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
    All returns must be mailed to the address provided in your return approval email.
    We do not accept walk-in returns or returns to a physical address.
    5. Refund Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
    Refunds are credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
    Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
    We currently do not offer store credit in place of refunds.
    6. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

    Contact your credit card company (some institutions take longer to process).

    7. Cancellations & Order Changes
