Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders will be processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from our fulfillment center in China within 1–3 business days after payment.
Delivery takes up to 7 business days, though delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays unless the item is confirmed lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used beauty products.
Non-refundable items include:
Opened/used beauty items
Gift cards or promo items
Items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
