At Linda Faith Boutique, we’re committed to delivering your beauty and self-care products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our process, timelines, and what to expect when placing an order with us.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 12 hours from the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Locations
We proudly ship worldwide to most countries.
If your location has shipping restrictions or is not serviceable, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays or returned packages.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
All items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners in China.
Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days from the shipment date.
Delivery times may vary based on customs processing, weather conditions, or local carrier delays.
Refunds are not issued for shipping delays unless the package is confirmed as lost in transit.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We may offer free shipping during promotional periods or for orders above a certain value.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Linda Faith Boutique is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days, please reach out to us for resolution.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging for a swift resolution.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
